The Absolute Encoder
The machine is ready to turn run as soon as the power is
turned on.
The Greater Acceleration
The spindle, X-axis, and Z-axis have greater acceleration
and deceleration, which improve responsiveness and provide
accurate finish.
The Extended X-axis Travel
The X-axis travel is extended from 140mm (5.51") to
185mm (7.28"). For the 8-station turret model, the
maximum turning diameter is increased by 90mm (3.54") to
340mm (13.39"). The extended X-axis travel also reduces
interference when a loader and live tools are used.
The High Feed Machining
The Z-axis rapid traverse rate runs up to 30m/min (1,181
rpm), a 25% hike from the previous model.
The ball screw pitch and the servomotor output are
optimized to achieve the swiftest movement of the axis beneficial
to highest productivity and surface finish with wiper insert.
Prevention of Heat From Chips
The front door is fortified with double steel plates, and
its window is secured with two layers of hard glass and
polycarbonate. The TC-200 complies with CE safety standards.
The Faster PMC Reduce Cutting Time
The PMC processes sequence control of the machine tools 2.5
times faster than the existing models. In addition, ladder
monitoring and editing functions are incorporated on the CNC
units to improve the ease of use.
The High-Performance Spindle Motor
Spindle start-up is quick. The optional spindle orientation
comes with the highest indexing accuracy ever.
The Rigid Square Slide ways
The highly rigid square slide ways for X- and Z-axes ensure
stable performance and extra endurance in a broad spectrum of
turning operations from heavy-duty roughing to delicate
finishing.
